Tasting Note:
Lovely fresh, rich wine. A truly high quality expression of this aromatic Alsation varietal. Gilbert & Gaillard note that ‘The Grand Cru of Hengst is an exceptional site for growing Gewurztraminer. Facing south/south-east, the steep slope is a conglomeration of shale and limestone soils.
